While at the Tournament

This information will be helpful when planning your trip to this year's McDonald's LPGA Championship, Presented by Coca-Cola.

The Ladies Professional Golf Association, tournament organizers and Bulle Rock staff are dedicated to providing an outstanding spectator experience for all guests. Please assist us by observing proper golf etiquette and decorum. This includes drinking alcoholic beverages responsibly, obeying the marshals, never running, applauding good shots and acting in a considerate manner.

TOURNAMENT POLICIES

AUTOGRAPH POLICY
Autographs may be requested and given at the players' convenience during the Pro-Am and Practice Round, Monday, June 2 - Wednesday, June 4, 2008. For the players' consideration, autograph seeking is discouraged during the Championship rounds, Thursday, June 5 through Sunday, June 8. Players choosing to do so will sign autographs in the Autograph Tent after the completion of their round Thursday, June 5 - Sunday, June 8, 2008. The Autograph Tent is located adjacent to the 18th Green Scoring Trailer.

CAMERA POLICY
Cameras are ONLY allowed on site for the Pro-Am and Practice Rounds, Monday, June 2 through Wednesday, June 4. They are not permitted at Bulle Rock during Championship play, Thursday, June 5 through Sunday, June 8.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
The items listed below are strictly prohibited on the grounds of Bulle Rock during tournament week: No backpacks, large carry bags, duffle bags, packages and other carry items larger than a small purse, bag for personal health or child care. No coolers, cell phones, signs, banners, pets or radios. Items such as purses, child care bags, and other small personal carry items are allowed.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
The main gate and concession stands accept only cash. ATM Services are available on-site at Bulle Rock outside the Clubhouse Pro Shop, and inside the Merchandise Tent located near the main entrance.

READMITTANCE POLICY
One day ticket holders will receive a tournament tag for the specific day of their visit, and may re-enter the tournament on that day as needed. Season badge holders may also re-enter the tournament as needed everyday.  

WILL CALL
Spectators who need to pick up tickets can do so at the Will Call booth, conveniently located at the main tournament entrance at Bulle Rock.

CHILDREN'S TICKETS
In an effort to encourage the attendance of our youth, children 16 years of age and under are admitted free when accompanied by a ticketed adult. This applies to advance and gate purchases.

AROUND THE TOURNAMENT GRANDSTANDS
Grandstands will be positioned in the following locations: Driving Range #1 Tee #9 Green #10 Tee #12 Green #15 Green #17 Green #18 Green Access to all grandstands is a first-come, first-serve basis and is free for all spectators.

THE TROPHY PRESENTATION CEREMONY
The Trophy Presentation Ceremony will take place on the 18th green immediately following the close of play on Sunday, June 8th. In the event of a tie for first place after 72 holes, there will be a sudden death play off starting at the 18th tee. Once a champion is decided, the Trophy will be presented.

RESTROOMS
Restrooms will be located in the following locations: East Side of  the Clubhouse, Roadway between #9 Green and #10 Tee, #4 Tee, #5 Tee, #7 Tee, #10 Green, #13 Fairway, #15 Fairway, #16 Tee, #17 Fairway

CONCESSION STANDS
Concession Stands will be located in the following places: Behind the Clubhouse #5 Tee & #15 Fairway Beverage only stands will also be available at the: #2 Tee, #4 Tee, #12 Green, #17 Fairway  

MERCHANDISE
Shirts, hats, jackets and other souvenirs are available for purchase at the official tournament merchandise tent, located between the ticket gate and expo tents, and in the Bulle Rock Pro Shop, located at ground level at the back of the clubhouse. Merchandise tent hours: Monday thru Wednesday 9 AM - 6 PM Thursday thru Sunday 8 AM - 7 PM

FIRST AID STATIONS
The First Aid trailer is located on Bulle Rock's access road, near the 9th hole. A satellite First Aid area is also located at the 12th tee.  If the need for medical assistance should occur, please notify the nearest LPGA Championship Volunteer or Tournament Official. Volunteers are easily identified by their royal blue colored golf shirts or a T-shirt with the tournament logo.

ACCOMMODATIONS FOR WHEELCHAIR BOUND PATRONS
Disabled parking is at Ripken Stadium all week. A viewing platform for wheelchair bound patrons is near the 18th green.

INFORMATION TENT/ LOST & FOUND
The Information Tent and Lost & Found Tent will be located behind the clubhouse.

LOST CHILDREN
Misplaced children may be recovered from the Tournament Office, located in the Victorian House near the bus loading zone and the gravel parking lot, or the Police Command Center, located in Parking Lot #1.

AVERAGE TEMPERATURES
June temperatures range from a high of 83 degrees to a low of 62 degrees in Havre de Grace, Maryland. The average rain for the month of June is 4.03". Hats, cool clothing, sunglasses and sunscreen should be worn on bright, sunny days.  

WEATHER WARNINGS
The LPGA is in direct communication with a mobile weather team to receive reports of any threatening weather systems. Please pay attention to the scoreboards throughout the golf course for the "Weather Warning" signs that will appear on leaderboards if the LPGA becomes aware of inclement weather moving into the area. When warnings appear, spectators are advised to take precautions and seek shelter PRIOR to play being suspended. If the siren (air horns) sounds, put down your umbrella and seek shelter immediately. Please avoid the following: bodies of water, hilltops and high places, open fields, telephone poles, grandstands, golf carts, tall or isolated trees, and metal fences.
